Plop your pan on a medium flame, toss in a tab of butter, melt it then add in your aromatics and spices. Stir everything together until well coated in the spices and sauté about 5 minutes. Add in the fire roasted tomatoes, half can of water, and simmer about 10 minutes or until reduced to a gravy consistency. Add in the shrimp and cook per package directions. Serve over grits, polenta, or rice.
