National LASAGNA Day!!!

Time to celebrate with... lasagna, duh!

It's National Lasagna Day! I know this because some guy on the radio said so while I was driving my kids to the museum this morning (what you do when it's 97 degrees at 10 am!). At first I thought lasagna in the summer sounded crazy! We typically save this recipe for the holidays and bone chilling winter nights. But then it hit me... it's actually brilliant! A pan of lasagna lasts days on end and you can eat it hot, cold, warm... you name it! So it's actually a great summer recipe to make and live off for a few days.
