Hello guys. Todays my dinner is delivery "Kushikatsu" of Ebisu shoten(恵美須商店) at Asoke Bangkok. Ebisu shoten come from Sapporo Japan. They focus for the 大阪屋台風大衆居酒屋, It means "Osaka style izakaya (Popular Japanese pub) that feels like a food stall". The specialty of this restaurant is kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers.串カツ). There are always more than 30 types of kushikatsu such as meat, seafood, and vegetables. It uses finely ground bread crumbs imported from Hokkaido. Since it is fried in a very thin batter, it has a light finish, so you can eat a lot. Kushikatsu is eaten by dipping it in a special sauce that uses a lot of flavored vegetables. I ordered kushikatsu and Maguro sushi this time. It is very reasonable price and delicious. Thank you.
