We're finally at month 8 of 12 this year! And with that, comes my 8th Online Finds post for 2021. If you've kept track of this series and have read all of it since January, you're probably thinking now, "I wonder how much this woman has spent altogether!" Please don't ask me, I don't want to think about it either! Lol
As I've mentioned on last month's Online Finds, I've been really trying to be more responsible about my online purchases lately and only buying stuff that I need around my new place.
My brother and his wife has an extra mini fridge that they aren't using anymore, so they were kind enough to give it to me! I immediately bought these wheels/brackets to use as a support for it.
REFRIGARATOR BASE: Got these for only P350 ($7.00) + P29 ($0.58) delivery fee.
Since I wanted to have it as quick as I could, I went to Facebook Marketplace to search for it, contacted the seller, and was overall a quick transaction. Thanks, Mark Zuckerberg! Unfortunately, when you buy things online, you can't really expect it to have everything you might need. This one didn't came with a manual, so I had to analyze how I should assemble it and it probably took me 2 hours to do so, since some of the screws just wouldn't go in. It eventually worked! Having these as a support for the fridge will make it easier for me to move it around especially when I'm cleaning. I highly recommend everyone to get their hands on these!
VACUUM CLEANER: This sting ray looking cutie costs P 1,846 ($36.88) on Shopee. Get it here!
My dogs have been quite naughty and been peeing on my bed lately (Shhh don't tell my tenant lol!) I could get mad, but I love them so I'd rather just be patient and find ways to eliminate the odor and germs. Recently, I found a video while I was scrolling through Facebook about putting baking soda on the bed and using a vacuum to suck all the dirt from it. I wanted to try that so bad, so I went on Shopee to find myself a good vacuum cleaner! After reading through the reviews, I decided to get this one and I wasn't disappointed at all. I mean, look how cute it looks! The cord's length is pretty reasonable, so you won't have a hard time plugging and unplugging it to move to a different outlet while cleaning different parts of your house. The only thing I don't like is the manual since it's all in Chinese characters. Good thing it was very friendly to use though, so it worked out!
DIGITAL SCALE: Get this product on Shopee here for only P 365 ($7.30) + shipping fee.
I bought this thinking I would start measuring my portion intake when it arrives, but I realized that's a lot of hard work plus I don't really eat that much anyway, so this is definitely something I should have slept on and maybe not get. However, product-wise, it's a really good quality for an affordable price. It comes with 2 free AA batteries, and has a lot of covers so you can really get it protected. As for the results, it changes from time to time so I wouldn't say it's the most accurate but it will give you and approximate number. If you have a small business that requires weighing something (like jewelries, food ingredients, etc.), I highly recommend this!
If it isn't obvious yet, my favorite online marketplace is Shopee and I got this Pulse Oximeter from there for only P 227 ($4.55).
A pulse oximeter is a tiny device that is used to measure the oxygen level in your body. You may ask, "Do I really need that at home?" Definitely, yes. With COVID still around and now the Delta Variant, it's smart to have all kinds of devices that will help you prevent, or recover from the virus. I had to get one since I didn't feel well for quite a bit this month. I don't think I caught the virus, but I didn't want to be complacent, so I had to monitor my oxygen levels. If you'd like to read more about it, here's a really informative article.
I still have some items that are on the way *insert the hear no evil monkey emoji* so I'll just include them on next month's Online Finds post. As per usual, I hope you learned a thing or two from me!
I appreciate the time you've given to read this. My Contact Form is always open, so let me know how I can support you as well!
