Offering delicious Italian inspired dishes and with multiple locations across the GTA, SCADDABUSH uses fresh ingredients while serving food in a stylish environment. This review was based on the Richmond Hill location. As good as the yummy gnocchi was, the sauce is probably the star of the dish. The brown butter Alfredo sauce included roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions. Along with truffle oil, this aromatic dish was fantastic. The caprese panzanella included hand stretched mozzarella, arugula, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
