Hey Everyone!! So let's talk about peanut butter cups. When I was younger, I use to love to eat those Reese's Peanut Butter cups when I did it them. Who doesn't love chocolate and peanut butter, right? Nowadays, I don't eat these much, but it is nothing like those little cups. I came across @healthynumnumblog on Instagram and had to try this quick peanut butter cup.

This was really simple and easy to do and very good! You only need a few ingredients to make these delicious cups!

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

Chocolate:

Make peanut butter filling in a small bowl and scoop about a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Flatten the ball to a disk and place in the center of the cups.

Mix oil, powder and syrup for chocolate and pour some in each muffin cup.

Pour remaining chocolate over peanut butter to cover completely.

Place in freezer about 15 to 20 minutes until hardened.

Take a bite and enjoy!! This was delicious!!!

Remember to keep taking STEPS to where you want to be.

Small Steps equals BIG Change!
