Recommended by a number of news outlets and food bloggers. Superbly tender cuttlefish. Very tender, smooth and tasty fish slices. Bouncy and fresh pork liver. Only the pork slices and pork balls felt slightly off, a bit tough with a frozen taste. The porridge itself was cooked with a good stock, and was nicely flavoured, with the rice grains still visible, nice accompanying crispy bits and shallots, and the century egg very well spread within. Very good, just needing a slightly greater complexity of flavours in the porridge, including a more pronounced pork flavour.
