Hello everybody. Todays my lunch is take out "Kyoto kiwami shouyu ramen"(京都極み醤油ラーメン) of Ajisai at Asoke Bangkok. The soup based is chicken and pork bone with gyokai soup stock. Many Umami exist. Additionally, Kyoto honjyozou shoyu ( 京都本醸造醤油。Authentically-brewed soy sauce) in it. It's a very deep and delicious shouyu taste. The noodles are straight thin type. The toppings are charshu, many chopped green onion and many Stir-fried chopped onions flakes. This onion flakes ( 炒め玉ねぎフレーク ) mix with the soup to create a rich onion soup-like a French taste. It goes great with soy sauce flavored soup. Furthermore, pork back oil ( 豚の背油 ) is mixed there, and it has a very delicious taste that can not be said. It's a very very delicious shouyu ramen. Totemo oishii (とても美味しい). Thank you.
