Hello everybody. Todays my lunch is take out "Sapporo Miso Ramen" ( 札幌味噌ラーメン ) of Ajisai at Asoke Bangkok. The soup is a blend of four types of aged miso with Ajisai special soup stock, and the rich and flavorful miso flavor spreads. Furthermore, by stir-frying the vegetables with lard and combining it with the soup, the taste of the vegetables enhances the miso. The noodles are medium-thick straight type. The toppings are lots of vegetables, minced pork, charshu, and boiled eggs. It is a delicious miso ramen. Thank you.
