Hello everybody. Todays my lunch is take out "Kamo negi soba" (鴨葱そば) of Banya at Asoke Bangkok. The hot soup is shoyu taste dashi combined Kamo duck oil and roast green onion flavor. The noodles are Japanese soba. The toppings are roasted kamo duck and green onions, Kamaboko, spinach, slice yuzu(small citrons fruit) and shichimi. When I eat soba, I can smell the refreshing yuzu scent with a delicious soup. Very soft kamo duck meat. Also best combination for green onion. It is very delicious. Thank you.
