I've been walking past Jinjja Chicken at Westgate for quite some time. Always felt like trying yet never had the chance to.
The restaurant has a very neon and brightly coloured kind of decoration and vibe.
It was a very cute and casual kind of restaurant. I finally got to try it out and went in to order takeaway. I love Korean fried chicken wings and they offer 3 types, soy garlic, yangnyeom (slightly spicy) and monster (extremely spicy).
I personally do not like soy garlic flavours but I've always favoured spicy foods so I naturally chose the yangnyeom flavour. I was soooooooooo tempted to try the monster flavour but as I was sharing the pack with my partner who actually doesn't like very spicy foods, I decided to only get the Yangnyeom. I might venture to try the monster next time.
The collection booth was cute.
After ordering, I was given the beeper to wait for my food.
I got my fried chicken wings in a very very cutely designed cardboard box. It was a very comedic and fun kind of design.
I'd ordered the takeaway and really couldn't wait to get home to try it out.
