Wait, do products and packages like a box of cereal have feelings?
Of course not.
A package, like a cereal box, does not have any feelings or wants. And it is not happy.
Although a product and its package cannot say "please, buy my product" it speaks to the customer with words, logos, and the product itself.
Customer's want to be happy or at least satisfied with their purchase. They'll let others know if it means a lot to them.
It does not go both ways, where the product is happy back, but, despite it being lifeless, it still has the opportunity
