This year I was beyond excited to attend Vegan Camp Out for the first time! Yes, thats right.....there's a Vegan Festival.
Vegan Camp Out is the largest Vegan camping festival there is & to finally be able to be part of it was incredible. The Festival was held at Stanford Hall, Leicestershire. Surrounded by trees, a beautiful safe for swimming in lake & lots of space!
The festival includes camping, music nights, live acts and so much vegan food my little brain was quite overwhelmed. For me, the rock/metal music night was *Chefs Kiss* the best out of the music nights. Imagine a tent full of happy, possibly drunk Vegans singing along to Electric Six, Avril Lavgine & Rage against the Machine!
For me, I can get a bit worried being surrounded by people. I'm quite introvert & need space to relax and recharge. This was not a issue here, there was so much space that it was easy to grab some food, find a cozy patch to sit in & munch away.
This year's acts included the incredible Earthling Ed - whose talk made me laugh, cry & helped me to realise that I am not alone. He then finished off the evening with a DJ set!
I was also Super hyped & excited to see JME perform! The music tent was perfectly sized to give that festival yet intimate vibe.
In the queueDon't judge - I love What the Pitta!
I honestly, couldn't recommend attending Vegan Camp Out enough. We had such an amazing time as soon as we got home, we ordered our tickets for 2023 - where Romesh Ranganathan will be attending!
Vegan Camp Out - 2023
I encourage those who can, to check out Vegan Camp Out here to see what they are all about. People attend from all over the globe! There are many groups on Facebook where you can also check out whats going on and meet people before you go.
Sadly, due to changes within the events industry the 2023 festival is at danger of being cancelled if they cannot sell enough tickets to book contractors. The Vegan Camp Out festival is dedicated to keeping their tickets affordable & have announced that they now have payment plans in place too. Please, if you are thinking of attending, check them out!
Tickets - Weekend Camping at only £75!! Go here for more info
Website - here for details on previous years & what to expect

Please note, I am not part of the team or sponsored by Vegan Camp Out. I am just a Girl, who loves Vegan Food, hoping the show will go on.
Thank you for reading. Take care of yourself, you deserve nothing less.
