When life gives you lemons, make a lemon smoothie 
What you need:
- 6x lemons
- 1 half cucumber
- Kale
- 3x small apples
- 500g yogurt
- 4x stalks celery
- Lime juice
- Star Anise
- Juniper berries
- Cayenne
- Cumin
- Cinnamon
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Parsley
Half your lemons, chop the cucumber and celery into chunks. Add a couple of handfuls of kale with lime juice and a moderate amount of cumin. Blend until smooth.
Add the lemons, cucumber and apples as well as a handful of juniper berries and several star anise. Blend everything, then add a quarter of the yogurt. Blend again until combined. Add the celery and get ready with the herbs and spices. Proceed to add:
- A moderate amount of thyme
- A sprinkle of oregano
- A moderate amount of cinnamon
- A moderate amount of parsley
- A sprinkle of cayenne
Add the last of the yogurt throughout, and depending on how hot (or not) adjust the amount of cayenne and cinnamon.
Pour a glass and enjoy.
