It looks like some fiery fiend from hell, but trust me, it's nothing like that. 
I got this scented candle from one of my patients. It was a sweet Christmas gift. I used this last Christmas because the scent is so Christmas-sy. And then I used it again every now and then whenever I want a new scent around the house.
I also like that the candle seemed like a perpetual candle. It's contained in this little thingy that holds the wax inside. So when the wax cools, there's a new supply of candle. Does that make sense? Anyway, most candles are like that so they last a long time. I once had a candle that lasted 40 hours. Actually, it lasted more than that. I think I still have it around the house.
Anyway, scented candles are a great way to relax. It's cheaper, too, because most people give these candles as gifts or giveaways. Not only can you relax, but you also make your room smell good. Plus the smoke can ward off mosquitos and stuff. You just need to be careful and not accidentally cause a fire.
