In the next few post are about endless possibility to enjoy my custom chimichurri from my previous post. As to make this are so darn easy, also only few ingredients needed as long as you got ready the chimichurri, this side dishes are suitable for easy dinner night to be enjoy as it is or with just warm rice and poach egg, or any of your protein plant based alternate.
I wont taking too much on this post as it rather straight to the point kind of side dishes.
Vamos a cucina conmigo
STIR FRIED SPINACH WITH CHIMICHURRI
INGREDIENT
- 2 handful ready to cooked fresh spinach
- 2 clove of garlic, chopped
- sea salt and pepper
- 1 tbs chimichurri
- 1 tbs olive oil
- Toasted sesame seed -- optional
HOW TO
- In medium pan and medium heat, put inside the olive oil and garlic, sautéed until the garlic fragrance, put inside the spinach, stirred quickly while you also put inside the chimichurri sauce, stirred it through until combine perfectly, just when the spinach are wilted take it out from the heat.
- Ready to serve with sprinkle of toasted sesame seed.
