No idea what the decor theme is supposed to be.
The kimchi mandu were hit and miss. Not really to my taste - a bit too sharp - but distinct, clearly made in-house, in contrast to many restaurants that serve mass-produced/frozen mandu, which all taste kinda the same. The thick, uneven texture of the hand-made skins was nice. Good enough to try again in the gun (grilled) form and/or in the gogi (meat) version.
