INGREDIENTS
Chickpeas
Kale
Tzatziki sauce
Sesame seeds
Quinoa
Pita bread
Sesame seed oil
DIRECTIONS
- Cook quinoa according to directions.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium low head.
- Add the sesame seeds and toast until golden.
- Add the kale and cook until wilted.
- Add the chickpeas and cook until heated and tender.
- Add quinoa.
- Transfer to bowl and top with tzatziki sauce with pita bread on the side.
