I read this is an easy way to make super filling and nutritious meals. Flaxseed is high in nutrients, like omega−3 fatty acids, and chia seeds are high in nutrients such as fiber and calcium. Sprinkle them onto toast, into smoothies, sauté them directly into vegetables, and more! Plus, both can be used as an egg substitute when you're baking.
