Turkey Chorizo Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS
2 - cups uncooked macaroni
1 - (12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Jumbo Turkey Franks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 - tablespoons butter
2 - tablespoons flour
2 - cups milk
1 1/2 - cups shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
1) Cook macaroni as specified on the package or until al dente; drain.
2) Heat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey franks. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally; remove from pan. In same pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour; stir 1 minute.
3) Gradually whisk in milk. Whisk to remove any lumps.
4) Cook 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
5) Add macaroni and turkey franks; stir to combine.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
