Lemon, Lime and Coconut Ice Lollies

Lemon and lime are a refreshing combination, especially in the summer. Therefore I decided to throw real lemons and limes into a blender with coconut milk. I had already tried lemon and yoghurt ice lollies and they were delicious. My son Ted, who is nine, suggested adding lime as well. I thought that coconut milk would make a nice change. The results of this recipe weren't to shabby so I decided to share it with you.

Do you enjoy lemon and lime? if so what is your favourite way to drink, eat them? Let me know in the comments below and please don't forget to like and follow me.

Gifts from Grandpa is my NEW recipe book – out NOW and available to buy on Amazon for only £19.99. Plus £1 from the sale of each book will go to Crisis the homeless charity.

These will keep in the freezer for up to 6 weeks. That's if they last that long in your home. However you decide to eat these lollies, as always, please enjoy. xxx
