Inside Your Mind
We all face an inner critic who may resemble us in every way but has a harsh opinion on what we say or do. Others may be up against someone from the past or a person near to them who either gave them a hard time or is still doing so which may not be easy to shake off.
The company you keep serves a great purpose but equally important is your mindset and how you perceive yourself and the world around you. As hard as it may sound, your negative thoughts can be controlled and you can put a stop to the tape replaying over and over in your mind.
The chains that have been placed on you through words and actions do not have to continue ruling over you. This battle of judgment starts from the inside so it's up to you if you want to take the first step to breaking the hold.
