I like to make simple burgers at home sometimes and I usually use a mantou (Chinese steamed bun) as the bun, as I can't be bothered to get a bag of regular burger buns and risk not finishing it. Let's see what we have here - beef patty (at the very bottom, hidden here), fried egg, slices of tomato, some salad dressing, and slices of crispy bacon. It's not a bad idea, except that the mantou is quite thick and it's often hard to get everything in one bite.
