Today's Bible Reading- Matthew Chapters 5-7.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 79°, mostly sunny with a few clouds, 10% chance of rain, good air quality, winds are currently from the south southwest at 3 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 84%.
Wow, I tell you what, wow. It's getting spicy over in Israel. I'm not worried about Israel because the Lord will take care of them, but I'm still praying for the peace of Jerusalem.
I'd seen a headline yesterday about potential for Israel to go after Damascus. Not sure why. I think it had to do with Hezbollah. Anyhoo. If you've been reading the Bible along with me this year, I forget which prophet mentioned it. Maybe Zechariah or Daniel. At some point, Damascus is going to be obliterated overnight. It'll be so obliterated that nothing will ever grow there again, and no one will ever live there again. Some people think that it'll be a nuclear attack that takes it out. Could be. I don't know. Just interesting things.
We live in interesting times. We're so close to the rapture. I'm excited. I hope that everyone makes it. I know that some won't, but man, I'm praying. Make sure you're ready, because I don't want you to miss out.
I was pretty much glued to the tv yesterday, keeping an eye on Israel. Supper was reheated chicken and dumplings with a fresh batch of dumplings. There's just enough left for me to have for lunch. Pop really seemed to enjoy it. Tonight, I'll be making something new. Pressure cooker Puerto Rican Pernil, with rice on the side and lime wedges for garnish. I'm not sure how this will go over, but I sure hope it's good.
Gracie woke me up this morning, howling. She was cold. I held her for a little while and she soaked up my body heat and just purred and purred. Then she wanted nom noms, and now she's on her new bed, looking around the room. Oops. I spoke too soon. Off the bed and over to me to grouse and make me get up and pet her while she snacks. *sigh* I've created a monster.
Okay. That's all for now, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.
