It's crazy right? Digital food.
Critics said the same thing about the internet, the home computer, the iPhone...you name it.
When it does arrive in some form maybe within ten to twenty five years it will seem like a wild notion as a new way to input, store, process, and output food in bits and bytes.
Humans can envision food in their minds before it hits the table. We can taste it without really tasting it.
This is why it's inevitable that digital food will exist. Somehow inventors will put it off by putting digital food on plates that turn into calories without filling our stomachs.
It's been discussed. I remember a Wall Street Journal podcast interview discussing there's no way there'll even be digital food. But since it was brought up, well expect it to exist in the future.
Because tech and food are connecting and so a digital form of food will emerge by 2050.
