寒〜い！数日寒い日が続いているのでどんどん寒く感じます。今朝も霜が降りて、昼間は良いお天気でしたが気温は上がらず、夕方には霧が出ていました。２階にあるわたしたちのベッドルームは普段冬でもヒーターを入れていなくても２０度近くあるのですが、ここ数日は１６度くらいまで下がっていて寒いです。ベッドルームにも夜寝る前にヒーターを入れた方が良さそうです。
It's so cold! As we've been having cold days for a few days it feels colder and colder inside the house. It was frosty again this morning and even though it was nice and sunny during the day the temperature didn't go much higher (1C) and became very foggy in early evening. Our bedroom upstairs is usually as warm as 20C even in winter without putting the heater on in the room, but it's been about 16C at night in the last few days. We should probably put the heater on in the bedroom on before going to bed.
今日は土曜日なので、夕食は夫が担当で、リブアイステーキでした。付け合わせのポテトのドルフィノアは夫は作れないので、わたしが作りました。ステーキのソースはマリネしていた液と赤ワイン、ピンクペッパー、生クリーム。今日は先にかけずに、ソースボートに入れてあります。とても美味しかったです。
It's a Saturday today, do my husband was in charge of dinner and he cooked Ribeye Steak. He cannot cook Potato Dauphinoise so I helped him with that. Steak sauce is made with marinade, red wine, pink pepper and cream - it's in the sauce boat. We enjoyed it verymuch.
