- Letting go of control/logic. Taking risks can look crazy and trusting someone else can be uncomfortable. Looking at their track record helps. It allows you to build trust and be willing to let go of your own sense of control.
- Take the leap. This leap includes accepting, confessing, or simply taking an action that can turn your life around forever.
You can take this leap today by choosing to start the year 2024 with Jesus. He has an incredible track record of helping the helpless and dying for all of us while we were sinners. It isn't enough to be "a good person" as many "good people" are tempted by evil and still harbour negative thoughts. Some are even battling with mental health which others can not see. By accepting Jesus, you invite undefined possibilities into your life. You invite someone who sticks closer to us than a brother, a mother and a father. How can you do this? By praying this short prayer with me: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.
