あっという間に今年も1ヶ月過ぎて、今日から2月。今日は良いお天気です。イギリスもやっとお天気が良い日が増えて来て、日も少しずつ長くなって来ています。この冬はいつもにも増して雨が多かったので、春は雨が少なくお天気が良い日が多いと嬉しいのですが。イギリスに引っ越して来た2019年の冬はやはり雨が異常に多くてあちらこちらで洪水が起こっていましたが、春はお天気が良い日が多く、夫が良く日向ぼっこをしていたのを思い出します。
It's February already! One month has gone this year. It was nice and sunny today, I'm glad that we are finally getting sunny days more often and the days are getting a little longer. This autumn/winter has been so wet, I hope we'll get a nice spring with less rain and more sunny days. I remember when we moved to England in November 2019, it rained and rained and rained, there was a lot of flooding everywhere, too, but then the early spring was very nice, a lot of sunny days. My husband used to sit in the garden for getting some sun.
さて、今日の夕食はビビンバ風のものでした。全部一から作ると結構手間がかかるビビンバなので、最近はずるをしてビビンバの素を使うことが多くなっていますが、お野菜やタレを足すようにしています。今日足したのはもやし(ビビンバの素の具とご飯と一緒に焼きました)と、椎茸、パプリカ(あると思っていた人参がなかったので彩に)といんげんを別々に焼いてトッピング。美味しかったです。
Today's dinner was Bibimbap. Not totally authentic and not from scratch, I tend to use a pack of bibimbap kit these days often because it takes quite a lot of work to make Bibimbap properly but I add vegetables and sauce. Today, I added bean sprout, which I stir-fried with rice and the packet of cooked vegetables from the kit as well as some shiitake, red pepper (I was going to use carrot but we didn't have any) and French beans sauteed separately and used as topping with fried eggs. Very tasty.
