The pork was substantial and tender enough, but still having some bite, braised lightly with good pork flavour. The lava egg was molten and favourful, and the chilli was piquant, slightly bitter and potent. The oup was sweet of the carrot and radish and had a meaty flavour. The noodles and XO sauce were the winning components here.
