We were invited by KIS Seoul Campus to hold a book fair. Ordinarily, I would've declined in light of the school's size: elementary school only, 170 total enrollment. However, looking to develop a type of small-scale, one-day, pop-up book fair that requires minimal effort to prepare, run, and wrap, I decided to give it a go.
With just 2 people, we were set-up in 1 hour (the bigger book fairs take 5 people 4 hours).
Also, I have a soft spot for the school, which was IZ's elementary alma mater.
Dongboseong is a Korean-Chinese restaurant. Standard Korean-Chinese menu. No relation to the Dongboseong in Oksu (see generally 3.241 Jaengban Jjajang Myeon).
Located on the way home from KIS Seoul Campus.
I dropped by after setting up the book fair, which will be held tomorrow.
I was the only customer, a perennial theme on GMTD.
Whereas jjajng myeon, jjambbong, and bokkeumbap (fried rice) represent the holy trinity of Korean-Chinese cuisine, the trifecta can be achieved by ordering jjambbong and bokkeumbap, and mixing a portion of noodles from the jjambbong in the jjajang sauce that comes with the rice.
