With leftover beef from the roast (see 15.023 Ribeye Roast).

This seems obvious in retrospect, but I was suddenly made aware that not everyone likes a perfectly cooked egg. By my definition, the perfectly cooked egg has a solid white + creamy outer yolk + runny inner yolk. I achieve this by boiling (see 2.365 Perfectly Boiled Eggs), frying (see for example 14.324 Pad Gaprao Moo Pak Boong), and poaching (see for example 14.352 Oyakodon Deconstrux). At lunch this afternoon, I was discussing eggs with a colleague, who was clearly creeped out by the thought of runny yolks - it makes sense, the way that some people don't like rare steak, just never thought about it - the subject never came up before.
