AIR FRYER KETO ONION RINGS

Ingredients

1 large sweet onion cut into rings
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
1 cup almond flour
2 eggs beaten
1 tablespoon heavy cream
cooking spray
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Take a bowl and mix salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, baking powder and almond flour.
Take another bowl and beat the eggs and heavy cream in it. Dip those rings in the eggs and then in the almond flour mixture. Thumb the almond flour mixture into the onions. Now put it to a parchment lined baking sheet and repeat with the remaining.
Air Fryer Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Place the onions in a single layer, heating in batches as needed.
Spray the onions with cooking spray and heat for fiive mins. By using a spatula carefully flip the onions. Respray and heat for five mins longer.
Baking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the onions in a single layer and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 10 mins. Flip and respray with oil. Bake another 10 to 12 minutes, until it turns crispy and brown
