Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets

Ingredients:
1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into cubes
4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
1 cup baby carrots, whole or sliced
1 cup green beans, trimmed
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak, baby potatoes, baby carrots, green beans, minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the ingredients are well coated.
Cut four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each about 12×12 inches.
Divide the steak and vegetable mixture among the foil pieces, placing it in the center.
Fold the foil over the steak and vegetables, sealing the edges tightly to create individual packets.
Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender.
Carefully open the foil packets, taking care of the hot steam.
Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Serve the garlic steak and potato foil packets directly from the foil for easy cleanup.
