Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, butterflied into 2 or 3 pieces1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as basil, oregano, thyme)Salt and pepper to taste1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Butterfly each chicken breast into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the size.Place the chicken between plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness.Season both sides with garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Coat with Parmesan:
