Patty Melts with Secret Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Secret Sauce:
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Patty Melts:
1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
8 slices whole wheat bread
2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions:
Prepare the Secret Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Prepare the Patty Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Cook the Patties: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Assemble the Patty Melts: Wipe the skillet clean and return it to the stove over medium heat. Lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray. Place two slices of whole wheat bread on the skillet.
