  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chilled butter, cut into small pieces

Pecan Pie Filling:

  • ½ cup butter
  • ⅔ cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Yacon syrup (optional, for color and flavor)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans, lightly toasted
  • 2 ounces sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
