My son took me to Brunch on Mother's Day a couple of weeks ago, and while I was overindulging on bottomless Bloody Marys, he ordered a Pistachio Old Fashioned. And he loved it. I tried a little sip, and while I am usually not a big fan of whiskey, this one was super yummy. So, needless to say, I had to recreate this cocktail. All I was given were the main three ingredients, and I ran with it. It took few tries, but I did it, it came out super delicious. What you'll need: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a Martini glass (or Coupe glass). No need to garnish, but feel free to serve with pistachios on the side. Enjoy! | | | |
