Oyster availability changes daily, depending on the season. You'll find oysters from the east coast mainly, with some coming from west coast Canada and in the States. We opted for Shuckers' Dozen, which is a dozen oysters based on your choice, the shucker's choice or a mix of both. It is an easy way to get a variety. Keep in mind that the oyster pricing is per oyster, and the pricing varies depending on type.
