今日の夕食は、「タイ風ビリヤニ」でした。たまたまネットで見かけたレシピで一度作ってみたところ美味しかったので、再度作ってみました。前回ご飯が柔らかかったので今日はお水を減らしましたが、それでもまだ柔らかかったです。お野菜やチキンから水分が出るのでかなり減らさないといけないみたいです。でも、美味しかったです。タイ風のタレのようなのをかけるとフレッシュになってタイらしくなって、とても美味しいです。
Today's dinner was "Thai Biriyani". I just happened to see the recipe online and tried it a little while ago and it was very tasty so I tried it again. As the rice was a little softer than I liked this time I did reduce the amount of water, but it was still softer than I like. The shallots and chicken releases quite a lot of water, I guess, so I'll have to reduce more next time, but it was very tasty. The sauce gives fresh and very Thai flavour, which I love.
