Without question, Korean-Chinese food tastes way better in the restaurant, compared to delivery, even from the same place - an observation I'd made about our delivery joint back in Oksu (see generally 3.241 Jaengban Jjajang Myeon). Understandable with dishes involving noodles or deep-fried items, which get mushy real fast. But even stir-fries, don't why, maybe the sauce loses something in transit. Like this palbochae, it's strictly mediocre when delivered (see most recently 14.025 Palbochae), but quite nice here on site.
