Frozen Banana Smashes with Yogurt, Graham Crumbs, and Sugar-Free Caramel Drizzle

Introduction: Indulge in a delightful frozen treat that's both satisfying and low in points. Our Frozen Banana Smashes are a perfect blend of creamy yogurt, sweet bananas, crunchy graham crumbs, and a decadent sugar-free caramel drizzle. With just one Weight Watchers point per serving (two pieces), you can enjoy guilt-free indulgence any time of day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 tbsp Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Sundae Syrup
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 14g fat-free, sugar-free instant banana pudding and pie filling mix

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek plain yogurt and 14 grams of sugar-free banana pudding mix until well blended.
  2. Crush four squares of graham crackers and set aside for later use.
  3. Slice the bananas into 12 even pieces and gently smash each slice using the bottom of a glass to create a flat surface.
  4. Evenly pour the yogurt and pudding mixture over each smashed banana slice.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs generously over each smashed banana slice for added texture.
  6. Drizzle sugar-free caramel syrup over each smashed banana slice, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

Notes:

  • For those following Weight Watchers, each serving of two pieces is equivalent to one point.
  • Customize your toppings by adding chopped nuts or seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
  • Serve immediately for a refreshing treat, or freeze leftovers for later enjoyment.
  • Experiment with different flavors of instant pudding mix to create unique variations of this recipe.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar-free caramel syrup to suit your taste preferences.
  • This recipe yields six servings, making it perfect for sharing with friends and family. Enjoy!
