Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 85°, cloudy, 70% chance of rain, winds from the southwest at 10 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 90%.
So, yesterday was a restful day. Grilled sirloin kebabs, mashed potatoes and a veggie blend. I did some knitting. I watched movies. I accidentally dropped the milk and the container busted. I had to find a pitcher to put the milk in. Found one, washed it and got the milk in there.
Today, so far I've showered, dressed, fed cats, fed fish, made my bed, pet my cat, and I'm waiting around for noon. Mom has a doctor appointment today. I'll be taking my sock to work on while I wait. Her eye doctor usually takes a while.
I've also pulled some chicken strips out of the freezer and have them thawing in a bowl in the fridge. I'll be making pozole for supper tonight. Looking forward to it, really.
That's about all I have for today, peeps. We have to leave in about 45 minutes, and I need to get my stuff together. Maybe clean the car out a little bit. I need to put a new trash bag in there, too.
