The rojak sauce had a good, strong but not overwhelming shrimp paste - just pungent and special enough, without drowning out everything else. All the vegetables - mangguang or jicama, pineapples, cucumbers and guavas were juicy and crisp. The pineapple was slightly sour though. The youtiao was nicely crispy and really solid, and the ground peanuts were of a pleasantly uneven coarseness. Interesting plate.
