夫の風邪は少し良くなって来た様子です。今朝はまだしんどそうでしたが、時間が経つにつれてだんだんと元気そうになりました。今日は、風邪薬も飲まず大丈夫なようです。酷くならなくて良かった。
My husband's cold seems to be getting better. He looked not so well in the morning, but as the day went he got better. He hasn't taken any medicine today but looks better. I'm so glad that it didn't get really bad.
今日の夕食は、ミネストローネにしました。薄寒くて、サラダという気分にはなれないイギリスです。日本もヨーロッパもアメリカもすごく暑そうなのに、なぜかイギリスは冷夏です。入れたのは、にんにく、玉ねぎ、セロリ、人参、ジャガイモ、トマト。盛り付けてからパルメジャンチーズ（我が家はローマで買ったペコリノチーズ）。キャベツを入れるのを忘れました、残念。
We had Minestrone for an evening meal today. It feels damp and cold in England, you don't feel like having salads. It seems so hot in Europe, America & Japan but here it's been such a cold summer. I used garlic, onion, celery, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and some parmesan cheese (we actually use pecorino that we bought in Rome). Shame I forgot to add cabbage.
