Bought these from online to try as the reviews I'd seen seemed good and these toner pads seem to be all the rage in Korea these days.
As usual, the curious me made the decision to buy and try out to check out what the fad was all about.
These pads have very good packaging and I like the way it's designed. The plastic container seemed fine and the pads inside are soaked with the essence, not dry, so it was good.
The best feature is the pair of plastic tweezers inside the plastic container. There's also a dedicated space designed for the tweezers to be kept. This is a really thoughtful and fine design and helps with hygiene issues.
Instead of just using by wiping across my face, I usually just place 3 pieces on my cheeks and forehead. After about 10-15mins, I'd then swipe the pads across my entire face and allow it to absorb the essence completely.
I liked that these felt cooling on the face and the essence is substantial, as it was still very moist even after placing for 10-15mins. After swiping across the face and neck, the pads are still very wet.
It took a short while for the essence to be absorbed and my face felt fine. There was no adverse reaction and it actually felt rather moisturising.
In all, these Mediheal Collagen Ampoule Pads felt pretty good as toners and might work well. It was worth trying these out. I'll be reviewing 2 of their other ampoule pads soon as I'd bought 3 of these.
