A blend of white miso and rice miso from Masuya Miso, a famous miso maker in Hiroshima, and Hiroshima oysters are used as a secret ingredient. The noodles are curly, chewy noodles that easily get caught in the soup. A tonkotsu miso ramen with a rich flavor. It is very Delicious. Thank you.
