The noodles looked bland, but had a nice tasty flavour from the pork lard, soy sauce and chilli sauce. The was a lot of noodles, and the noodles itself was firm, distinct and unclumpy. The handmade fishballs were big and springy, and had a distinct sweet fish flavour. The pork lard was big and lightly crispy. Not bad.
