Today's Bible Reading- Lamentations Chapters 3-5 and Ezekiel Chapters 1-2
August's Memory Verse- John 10:27-30

Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 95°, partly cloudy, 29% chance of rain this afternoon, winds from the south southeast up to 7 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 97%.

So far, it's sunny this morning, but I did get a notification from My Radar that there's a possibility of severe weather in my area over the next 24 hours. In other words, we may get a pop-up thunderstorm.

Yesterday I caved in to my depression. I spent the day wallowing in it and only managed to get a couple of things done. Once in a while, it's okay to sit down and have a good cry. I cried most of yesterday. I couldn't hold back the tears. They were all just built up over time and once the flood gates were opened, there was no shutting them.

I went to bed early last night, so hopefully a good night's sleep will help me today. I need to get things done today. The groceries need bought, Pop told me to not worry about getting the flooring for the bathroom just yet. We'll get that on Monday. Tomorrow will be about removing the rest of the current floor and replacing the sub floor. Monday will be putting the new flooring in. Who knows? Maybe it'll be on sale Monday. It is Labor Day, after all.

If I can manage it, I'd like to do some weed eating around the greenhouse space and lay down some weed barrier. Maybe work around the back of the barn. Get that ready for my containers. Maybe today I could move the garden fence? It depends on how heavy it is. It's wrought iron, so it may be fairly heavy.

Either way, the groceries do need to be bought. We are out of most everything.

Supper tonight will be an attempt at Mongolian beef. I have the sauce. I could use a different veggie blend. Maybe I could find one at the store today.

That's all I have for today, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
