My wife has complained about every other cut of pork bbqed that most of the time they're dry or tough. The sirloin chops she loves, and so do I. They're really easy to work with for bbqing. Pat them dry, salt and pepper liberally on both sides. Let them rest on the counter for 1 to 2 hours. BBQ on high heat for 4 minutes and then turn over. Brush lightly with your favourite bbq sauce. Turn over after another 4 minutes, bush with sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and turn over. Brush with more sauce and remove after 2 more minutes. I have never had them turn out dry or tough, which makes my wife happy. Today I found them on sale at Sobeys, I bought more than 1 package. We get 2 meals from each package and when on sale it's a great price. | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
