The soup is a rich white soup made from a blend of chicken and pork bones, with the flavor of the vegetables blending into it. The noodles are chewy and thick, and go perfectly with the mellow, rich soup. The toppings are stir-fried in an iron pot, with cabbage that retains the texture of vegetables, Kujo green onions, wood ear mushrooms, shrimp, squid, and kamaboko.
